By accessing this website and/or participating in our auctions, you accept these terms and conditions in full. Vehicle checks

Any vehicle with a reserve less than £1000 will not have a vehicle report, all vehicles over a £1000 reserved will receive a basic vehicle report. Our vehicle reports are no form of guarantee they are just a guide, we always recommend any potential purchaser to come and view the vehicle for themselves.

Vehicle insurance and vehicle title

All vehicles must remain fully insured by the owner when located at our auction premises until the vehicle is sold and you have received cleared funds. Once the purchaser funds have fully cleared the vehicle will be transferred accordantly.

Buyers Number

All potential in person buyers should obtain a buyer’s number prior to bidding. This is available from Reception for a deposit of £500 payable by cash or card and is fully refundable if you are unsuccessful at the auction event. This will be refunded the end of the following day. 

All online customers (non traders) will have to pay a deposit of £500 by bank transfer using the details at the bottom of the page to be able to bid, this will be fully refunded, if you are unsuccessful at the online auction, by the end of Tuesday.

IMPORTANT: When making your payment, please enter your username as the payment reference.

Auction Event

The auction sale will commence at the time stated and cars will normally be offered in lot number order. Each vehicle will display a windscreen description banner detailing all relevant information available to the auction house at time of entry.

Payment Terms

All vehicles should be fully paid within 24 hours of purchase and removed from premises by 4pm the next working day. The balance and our bank account details can be confirmed at the main reception desk and payment should be completed by same day bank transfer or cash payment. Cheques are not acceptable for deposit or payment of vehicles.

Title and Insurance

Immediately after purchase the buyer must ensure the vehicle(s) is fully insured. Post sale vehicles are stored at the owners risk if insurance is not secured.

Vehicle Delivery

Arrangement for transportation of vehicles can be confirmed after sale at the main reception desk. Deliveries will be added to your invoice at time of payment.

Vehicle Details

Whilst due care and attention is given to ensure the accuracy of the contents of the auction catalogue we will accept no responsibility for any omissions or misdescriptions contained therein. The auction catalogue and windscreen description banner are for guidance purposes only and it is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect the vehicle and satisfy themselves of the specification and condition both mechanical and cosmetically prior to bidding.

Auction Terms – all vehicles no matter age, price, make or model are ‘sold as seen’. No comeback whatsoever is acceptable on any vehicle purchased at our auction events.

Health and Safety 

All minors under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult to attend any auction held at Brandon motor auction.
